How much does IconoHub cost?+
IconoHub has three monthly plans: Starter 49 €, Pro 99 €, and Elite 149 €. There is no setup fee, no contract, and you can cancel anytime. Your gym's website is included in every plan.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?+
No. Setup is free and there is no annual contract. You pay month to month and can cancel whenever you like. Traditional gym software often charges 500 to 2000 € to set up and locks you into a year.
Does the price include a website?+
Yes. Every plan includes a premium gym website on your own subdomain, with four templates to choose from. You add your photos, brand and timetable, then publish. No separate website tool is needed.
How do members pay, and where does the money go?+
Members pay online by card or SEPA direct debit. Funds settle directly to your own bank account through Stripe Connect. IconoHub is never the merchant of record for your members' payments.
Which countries and languages are supported?+
IconoHub is built for Spain, France, Belgium and the Netherlands, in Spanish, French, Dutch and English. VAT is handled per market: IVA 21% in Spain, TVA 20% in France, BTW 21% in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no commitment. You can cancel from your admin at any time, and the change takes effect at the end of the current period.
Do I need any hardware?+
No. IconoHub is cloud-based and runs in a browser. Member check-in works with a QR code on any staff device, so there are no terminals or installation to buy.
How long does it take to go live?+
About an afternoon. Pick your market, choose a template, add your gym's details and timetable, then publish on your own subdomain and start taking members the same day.
